Final double page spread

I positioned the pictures and the layout of the page of how a double page was in one of the music magazines that i looked at. i followed the theme that i used on the other two pages as in the colours, font pictures etc. I added quotes an slogans to create the effect of how an article should be on the pages. I added borders to the pictures to make it look more professional and neat. For the interview i changed the colour of the questions to make it obvious which are questions and which are answers and also used a different colour for the names of who was replying. I added margins along the top and right hand side to add more detail to the page as because i have stuck to a white background before it looked quite plain.

This is my final design for my contents page. I added alot more text and information to make the page look more filled and by having writing beneath the sub headings it gives the reader an insite of what is going to be on each page. I added photos along the bottom and placed a pink background behind them to make them stand out more. I stuck to the same colour theme as to what i did on the front cover as it suits the taget audience

This is my final version on my music magazine cover. I added a shadow to the title of the band to create a flashing effect as this goes well with the bands name and I also added ‘new in town’ so that the reader is aware that the photo on the front page is a new band being advertised. I changed the photo of the group i wanted to use as i was unable to get them together again for the double page spread and contents page photos. I also made the background grey as i thought with the baby pink background it made the magazine look more childish and didn’t really suit the age group.
